Ordered a lg buffalo and lg half cheese half loaded. I was amazed at how different it was compared to the Scarborough location. Hardly any toppings and very little buffalo sauce. The quality control is terrible between locations. I’m willing to pay the high prices in Scarborough for a delicious pizza, definitely not in Westbrook, I feel like I was robbed. I called and spoke to the GM at this location who personally re made the pizzas and had them delivered to my location in 15min. Now that’s service! He made things right and the pizzas were fantastic and exactly as expected. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly.

I’ve loved their food when it’s been at its peak, meaning when they really put their heart and soul into making their food. On the other hand, they have been lazy and don’t make it provide the food as they advertise it and that can be very disappointing to come home and open up. Just to find they got by, by the skin of their teeth. At the prices they charge, you expect top of the line products and sometimes they just don’t meet expectations or by any chance exceed them!
