I used to eat Taco Bell at least twice a week. I loved their food.
It had now been close to seven years since I last went in, my wife was out of town, and I thought I would give them a try.
I ordered a burrito supreme and a crunchy taco. The " burrito supreme" they gave me had a little meat and a dash of cheese. No lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. The taco (on a stale shell) had a very small amount of meat, a bunch of lettuce, and nothing else.
It will be at least another seven years before I return to try again.

Ordered a burrito with a lot of customizations online and they made it wrong. I went inside again to ask for it to be remade and they instantly remade it exactly how I wanted while being apologetic and kind. 10/10 service. They were even training someone at the window and still did great. Great night shift crew

We used drive-thru for drinks and a couple burritos they were fast and efficient food was awesome and decent prices

We usually don't have problems but, there was a black hair directly on top of my cheesy Fiesta potatoes. Not on the container but in my food. Just the them away. What a waste of good potatoes and $1.89.
