This was such a sweet little space. The food was absolutely amazing and so was the atmosphere. We could have split one of the scrambles between four people. They are huge. Local beef, fresh squeezed OJ for mimosas,amazing baked goods... I highly recommend!

Mind-alteringly delicious food. Friendly, hard-working staff, exceptional menu offerings, and every single thing that comes out of that kitchen is a thoughtfully crafted masterpiece. You will not go home hungry, that's for certain! Well worth the wait if they cannot seat you immediately and I highly recommend the lemon crepes! Thank you Shabby Team!

Such a cute restaurant! I really liked that whole vibe. I'm glad I live close by because I will stop in as often as I can. I had the stacked Monte Cristo sandwich served on raspberry donuts. Sounds ridiculous but lemme tell you...it was so good! Coconut lemonade to boot! I was super impressed. Not many tables but you can order to go. Reasonable prices.

The best burger I’ve ever had bar none! I had the Apple fritter burger and it was awesome. I was at Gordon Ramsey Burger in Chicago last week and comparatively speaking, the uptown shabby shack‘s burger had way more flavor and were less salty. I highly recommend this place!

The owner is wonderful but the staff is subpar. The cook in the back was kind enough to say “they don’t have to come back again” while making hard eye contact with our table. Understandable if we had made inappropriate comments or gestures. Plastic cups, cardboard coffee cups and food served in “Togo trays” ensured we will follow the cooks advice.
