It was phenomenal. We were first timers at Niko’s, but definitely will not the last. Hands down the most flavorful sushi I’ve ever had. You can pick up on every ingredient put into each roll. Every bite was melted to mouth. We have great experiences here from we walked in and walked out their foods are amazing

We called 30 minutes before their closing time and they still took a delivery order. The sushi was excellent! The flavors were so good! The next time we are in Laramie we will look them up. My only complaint is that their phone number is not on their advertisement. I had to look it up after seeing an add from my hotel.

Went there last night for a birthday celebration, food and service was excellent. All the sushi/sashimi was very fresh. Our server were helpful and knowledgeable. We also got free dessert.

I am writing a review because I genuinely enjoy sushi, and I would really like to see this place turn around for the better, and I believe this place has great potential.
I posted a picture of the floors because this really bothers me. This is under one of the tables in their dining area which you can tell has never been moved and mopped under. In the food industry this is a big deal, especially one that focuses on serving raw fish. On my way to the bathroom the hallway between is shared by a few other business, the floor in that area was covered in grease and also looks like it is rarely cleaned, if cleaned it is not done properly.
The men’s bathroom looked horrific. You may ponder, why is Shawn writing about this and not the food. Well let me tell you that it is all interrelated. If one of these workers travels to the bathroom then back into the kitchen area, they are tracking this bacteria back into the kitchen area which believe it or not, can make its way from the floor on to the food that gets served. This is a serious issue and I truly hope the owner/management of this facility puts in that extra effort to clean this place, and practice food safety.
