We came on a busy night but still felt they valued our patronage. We were seated quickly, had good service and the food and beer were excellent. We even got desert, which is made here from scratch, and were very impressed. Highly recommend!

Always so delicious! We drive way out of our way to eat here often and it's SO DELICIOUS EVERY TIME! Staff is amazing! I recommend them to anyone that will listen! By far the best German food in the area!

My husband and I went here for the first time tonight, and we will definitely be coming back soon. The food was absolutely wonderful. Large portions, everything was fresh, great German beer selection. Our waiter was lovely and helpful when we weren’t sure about something. We will be back soon!

This is my fourth visit to Hildegard's, in Huntsville AL. The quality and authenticity of their German quisin is superior. They have door a wonderful job remodeling the restaurant to a warm and pleasing atmosphere. Service was professional, timely, including order time to meal served time. Waitress met me within one minute sitting down and I never had to call on her for addition food or drinks. She (Lauren) just seemed to check on everyone before we had a chance to call her over. Owners clearly screen and higher quality personnel to work in their establishment. It's my opinion this is the best German restaurant within 100 miles of Huntsville AL.

The food and service here are both excellent. The food is authentic and some of the best I’ve had since moving back from Germany, and we had a lovely experience enjoying our food and German beer and chatting with our friendly and helpful server. We will definitely be back, and are remiss that we hadn’t dined here before now!
