We've been coming to Deacons for about 5 years now. We've never had a bad experience. They've always been super good and have had good food. The waitresses have always been attentive to us often not asking if we need our drinks refilled, but just doing it. They've been very good at trying to modify the orders if asked. We have never had less than good food. Highly recommend them!

Ok. Fair service. Limited dessert menu. Only offering four options. Gone are the desserts everyone loved. No cheesecake.

2 of 3 of our original entree selections were unavailable. We made alternate selections. Food presentation was simply average and we waited the entire meal for a drink refill. This was our 2nd visit as we wanted to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt and support locals. Likely, will not return as we were just not impressed.

We rolled in half an hour before closing after being on the road for hours. We were welcomed like family and then given the best meal! I had ribeye and mashed potatoes and brown gravy. It was like sitting in mom’s kitchen being served a plate of love! hubbie had burger. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Love coming here for breakfast. Good food! Hit or miss with staff being prompt and friendly but overall good.
