Definitely better than it was. Too much junk in the store area. Can't hardly move around. Good is mediocre to decent depending on what you get. Fried shrimp were awful. Pancakes were delicious but overpriced. Meatloaf was cold. Chicken and dumplings were delicious. Service was fantastic. Our waitress was just a sweet young lady doing her best. Very attentive.
I would give zero stars if i could. Dried on food on the silverware. Short curly dark hair in my kids chicken and dumplings. And if that wasn't enough there was mold on the strawberries also fed to my child. Save your money, don't eat here. Managers didn't seem to care, and wait staff didn't either.

Still only 1 star and that was eating free food from the last complaint. The food is never hot and it is very disappointing when you take your time AND money to eat here and can't be served hot food. We were in last week to use a complimentary meal that we had received for the exact same complaint. We ordered fried chicken and it was hot, but potatoes, gravy, green beans, pinto beans, and sad to say, do was the cornbread and rolls. We even asked the server for hot food. No dice
Why is the food always cold to lukewarm. We have gotten to the point that we ask for hot food and make our server wait upon delivery to make sure it's at least warm. Our food came out tonight and wife's chicken fried chicken and mash potatoes were not even lukewarm. Server forgot my hash brown casserole and my eggs were barely warm. What is wrong with Cracker Barrel when it's always this way. It does no good to complain because it takes forever to get food from the kitchen.

Always love CB! Because of the pandemic, you have to be a little more gracious because there are inevitable delays with getting a table and receiving your food. As always, though, it’s well worth the wait. The food is fabulous, the biscuits are heavenly, the coffee is robust and strong. I’ve been going to CB since I was a little girl and this particular one never fails. The staff were very attentive and kind as well.

Good portion size and served hot. Server was very friendly and service was fast. The kitchen got my order a little wrong but I decided to just deal with it since it wasn't a huge difference.

We came in this morning after church at 10:15 am for my birthday breakfast. We had 5 and a baby. We were told by the hostess it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes and several larger groups that arrived after us had been seated, we asked how close we were to being seated and were told we were next on the next. They then sat 5 tables (2-4 tops) immediately when they walked in. After 25 minutes, we left. Won't be back after that experience.
