We visited Coelette a few weeks ago when Yellowstone was closed. We had dinner plans elsewhere, but visited the bar. We met the GM, Wes and several staff members. The restaurant and bar are beautiful and everyone that works there is friendly. The cocktails were fantastic too. We'll definitely do dinner there next time. This place gets hospitality. Highly recommend.

We visited first week of February for our 10 year anniversary. Welcoming staff although they did not acknowledge our anniversary until we were walking out after dinner. Cozy atmosphere but too dark for my eyes to see the menu clearly. Menu is small but good selection. I liked that they did not ask me how I wanted my meat cooked since the chef knows perfectly how it’s to be prepared & appreciated. The elk short loin is superb! Winter squash was delicious just a bit too much serving as we chose this to supplement greens that are not found in the menu. Dessert was also good just not properly served with the correct utensil.

The food was incredible, the staff were so helpful and pleasant, and the chef was clearly passionate about their product and that came through in the entire experience!

Coelette is an unbelievably extraordinary experience. We really can’t call the dinner we had “food” because it was comparable to the uniqueness of eating at French Laundry. The people there are so special and we loved talking to the bartender tonight, he was honestly our highlight (+the drinks were amazing). The dessert was just out of this world - if anyone asked “do you want a fried, poached pear?” you might say “no” but all we can tell you is: go ahead. While the wine menu is small, it’s so well curated that I would be surprised if there is not a bottle you love already or want to try. We ended up “trying” 😂 3 because we couldn’t leave this amazing group of people, but had to because (altitude?) We loved this place.

Delicious food, cocktails and service that didn’t disappoint. We’ve eaten here a few times. Typically we sit at the bar. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about the food and any other ingredients or questions we had. The cocktails my wife and I ordered were the 53rd state and hygge nights. We had the bread and Butter plate, winter squash, Terrine and the mushroom dish. All the dishes were a hit except the terrine. The terrine was a bit clunky and lacked refinement and accoutrements. The pickled tomatoes and beans were just there on the plate. They didn’t really add anything. Overall, our experience was great. The pricing is on the upper end of Jackson, but the food and service are worth every penny.
