Went midweek, got seated immediately. Waitress had excellent product knowledge and was very friendly. I noticed within a half hour of opening there were allot more servers and helpers, so service was exceptional, they were on point.
Be prepared for allot of food, this was our first time and we did not know what to expect, we were very surprised. Italian Nachos are like no other, excellent. Salads were on point and the meals were too. I wouldn't call it traditional Italian, but it's light years away from a chain style place. Head a chicken dish with an excellent gravy with perfectly cooked potatoes and very flavorful broccoli.
Looking forward to trying out a few more dishes there for sure.

We got to the front door at 5 o'clock when they opened and there was a line of people around the end of the block! Even with all the chaos we were seated in less than 5 minutes and dinner within 20. All 3 of our dishes were fantastic and I can't wait to go back! The service was wonderful as well.

Whoever the chefs are at Ciao mambo, I thank them!! I had the best Italian meal I've ever had in my life. It was so delicious! So perfectly cooked and prepared. The atmosphere was very lively, fun, the waitors were fabulous. I highly recommend any meal on the menu.

Not wowed but it's Italian food. Don't know that I'd consider the food far above that of a restaurant chain like Macaroni Grill or Olive Garden.
Worth a first try.... definitely not worth an hour wait.

Always a safe bet for dinner in Billings. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and the food never disappoints. Great atmosphere, fresh food, perfect place for a good Italian dinner.
