We love char!! Our go to date night place. We recently booked a private room at Char for our wedding reception and it was wonderful! Kristen worked with us ahead of time to put together the perfect menu to include our favorite dishes from the restaurant, and everything ran so smoothly. When we arrived, everything was already set up, the wait staff was prompt with food and very friendly. We had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend!

After several visits... outstanding is the word that comes to mind. We sat at the bar and had drinks and the bartenders were VERY well educated on the wine menu, as well as, beer and cocktails. After being seated, Corbin greeted us and took care of every wish and desire. The food was AMAZING! My filet was perfectly cooked, the venison was too die for and the scallops excellent. Even dessert was executed to a high level. Thank you Char for your professionalism, customer service & dedication to your craft!

Really enjoyed the dinner, steak and sides were excellent. Desert was also very good. Restaurant was packed so reservations highly recommended. Waiter did an excellent job and we noted that on our bill. Bring the credit card as we spent over $150 for two adults without buying alcohol. Did not see a dress code but customers were business casual or better this night.

Brian was an amazing server, the drinks were strong (I may be buzzed off two). The crab claws were a great appetizer. The prime rib is superb and my husband's Nola BBQ Shrimp was as good or better than any thing we have had in New Orleans!

The wife and I went out for a cute date night on the town and ended with a dinner at Char. It was the perfect dinner to a wonderful night. It was our first time at Char so we really didn’t know anything about their specials or best dishes. This is where our waiter Emory came in. He gave amazing recommendations, offered great service and was always around when we needed him. It was a perfect night, with perfect food and perfect service. We will be returning very soon.
