My wife and I came in from out town and were told by friends to try the Cajun Steamer while in Huntsville. I am not a big seafood fan but my wife is and she is very particular when it comes to her food while out dining She always likes to know what are the best items offered on the menu. We hit the jackpot! Our server Beth, who my wife questioned for several minutes about the menu, not only explained every item but also let her know what she liked, which was very helpful. Long story short, we both had royal reds shrimp and we were very impressed! Just want to say many thanks to Beth and since we have extended family in Huntsville, we will definitely recommend this place and make sure they know to ask for Beth when they come! What a great experience!!!

Cajun Steamers has a loud atmosphere with at least 3-4 flat screen TV setup around the restaurant. We came in with a party of 7 and only waited maybe 30 minutes to be seated. The drinks from the bar were strong, but tasty. The appetizers were delicious, and the food very filling. The service was good too. Recommend this place for a sports weekend dinner place. They also have coupons for Door Dash on their counters, pick one up and get $5 your next order. 😎

I had a great experience at Cajun Steamer bar and grill. This is my first time in Huntsville and Jenn did an amazing job of making me feel welcome. She was quick attentive, made greet suggestions s and is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Please give Jenn a ride or a bonus. She truly deserves it. Thank you for the great oysters

Great quality food at an affordable price. I enjoyed a potent drink called the category five hurricane and a fried basket of shrimp. Clean bathrooms and quick food delivery, my waitress Karla was on top of my requests despite it being very busy. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Food is typically good but our last visit the day of writing this review was pretty bad. We walked in around 5:40 and waited about ten minutes for a hostess to tell us we can sit anywhere and she would bring menues. Not horrible but we waited another ten minutes before seeing any wait staff besides the bartender. We could see all of the staff just standing in the kitchen instead of assisting customers. Not very professional to be honest, especially with us and customers who came in after waiting to place orders and dirty tables at a fairly slow time and day. After ordering we waited about fifteen additional minutes for one of the three appetizers we ordered to come out. We were told the printer stopped working and the other two, which we ordered first, would be out shortly. When the apps finally arrived they were delicious but food isn't all that makes a place good.
Update
As we were going to pay for our meal the manager removed an item of food from our check that we didn't eat a whole lot of. It was a very good dish but we ordered a lot of other food and just didn't eat much of it. No complaints or anything. But we missed our movie due to waiting so only three stars. Will update in the future if things go better.
