Food was great. Waitress was great. Manager on duty, great. Girl on register, sucked. Was rude, didn't know how to write down orders. She's the first interaction customers have. Will not be back.

The staff and service were great. Food came out hot and timely. Sadly it wasn't particularly good food. The fries were undercooked. The ribs were not horrible, but the sauce was a bit manufactured tasting. Like they mixed their own ingredients with Kraft. The "chili" was absolutely awful. It was literally baked beans with yesterday's unsold hamburger meat thrown in. I didn't even taste chili powder, much less salt. I try to be fair on my restaurant assessments, but these guys seem to be working against themselves.

Made a quick stop for carry-out lunch -- pork plate and chicken plate. Food was NOT good. This place was great several years ago. What happened?

What happened to Big B? Ordered 16 oz steak (only option on menu) got 3 oz of meat 13 oz of fat, bake potato was horrible, old and tasted funny, and had rotten lettuce in salad. Great anniversary dinner SMH 🤦♀️
